Requirements:

- excellent facilitation and presentation skills;
- will to learn and to enhance one’s skills and knowledge;
- responsibility and self-sufficiency;
- experience in leading a group would be an advantage;
Responsibilities:
- conducting training classes;
- coaching trainees to meet performance requirements;
- designing training programs, reviewing and editing assigned training materials;
- assissting Software Developers in deepening their knowledge and improving their skills;
