IT Expert | FMT development process

The IT Expert should gain and keep an overview over the FMT development process. The IT Expert should contribute to the system development process (according to his/her specific qualification and experiences). The IT Expert will coordinate, monitor and advice the technical and IT-programming “parts” of the FMT system development. In this connection the IT Expert will implement the following activities and fulfil the following tasks:
-Gaining and keeping a complete and up-to-date overview over the FMT system development process.
-Regular exchange and coordination with the GSM Director and other GSM experts involved.
-Contributing to the planning and organisation of the FMT system development process.
-Participation in and contributions to the search and selection of further (external) experts and /or partners needed for the FMT system development.
-Monitoring the FMT system development.
-Identification of and immediate information about problems and shortcomings during the FMT system development.
-Finding or developing solutions to solve problems and to overcome shortcomings.
-Active support the development of ToR with FMT and/or IT-related contents.
-Providing support to assess and select further (external) experts and service providers.
-Support the GSM Director in
-FMT related risk management,
-Ensure EU-compliant data security,
-Ensure to avoid one-sided technical dependencies of the FMT system access and system administration,
-Cyber security to applicate technologies, processes, and controls to protect the FMT system, network, programs, devices, and data from cyber-attacks,
-Reduce the risk of cyber-attacks and protect against the un-authorized exploitation of the FMT system, network, technologies, and data,
-Ensure the FMT system existence and the data ownership, which makes the FMT system and the FMT approach unique compared to other systems.
