We are looking for an experienced HR specialist whose main activity in this position will be to monitor and support the recruitment process and the selection of the necessary personnel for optimization of the company’s activity.
Main responsibilities:
To monitor personnel needs of the company and to implement the recruitment plan;
To assist with and support a variety of programs and policies regarding employees such as creating and advertising of new job adds, processing applications and conduct interviews according to the company’s policies;
To communicate with other departments and to plan and organize the interviews with the team leaders, unit heads, section heads and department heads and to provide the necessary information and assistance regarding the recruitment process;
To analyze and to research the different recruiting methods for the efficiency of the process.
Competence and Education:
University graduate, preferably in psychology, sociology, economics;
Knowledge of recruitment process;
Good command of Romanian, Russian and English.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of proven experience in HR area;
Prior experience in recruitment and selection of personnel for international companies;
Personal Qualities:
Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills;
Ability to manage, develop and evaluate employee coach;
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work;
Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously;
Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills.
Responsible, organized, good analytical skills, able to meet deadlines.

This position is focused on local people of Moldova.
