Fleet Specialist (trucking company)

Location: Remote
Salary: $700 - 900
Working hours: Wednesday — Sunday, 15.00 — 01.00 (Chisinau time).
Responsibilities:

Oversee the dispatch of roadside assistance technicians to customer locations
Coordinate with customers to ensure that they are informed of the status of their roadside assistance request
Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely records related to roadside assistance in company systems.
Track and analyze roadside assistance data to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement new roadside assistance programs and initiatives
Manage the roadside assistance budget

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in a customer service or operations role preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the freight industry and roadside assistance programs, Microsoft 360, and company systems required
