THE COMPANY

Mofre Corp. was born out of larger European financial consultancies and has entered a niche market in which it specializes in servicing and attending to, from a distance, the potential clients of Central European consultancy companies.

We are currently a team of 3-4 people but we are growing and plan to have more people on board.

We work within a flat hierarchy in an informal setting. We all depend on each other and we aim at providing a work atmosphere in which everybody has a right to a voice and to learn from others’ experience.

We may open a virtual office in Moldova in 2019/2020 but for now need intelligent, hard-working people who are capable of working from home using the internet as the platform of cooperation and client contact.


THE POSITION

The job is performed from home, or later, an office at a convenient location in Chisinau/Balti, from which:

- The candidate will be contacting prospective leads and clients via phone and email on a daily basis to explain who we are and how our services might benefit them

- The candidate’s income levels is directly connected to his/her success and efficiency

- The candidate will be in charge of, and learning how to run, the calendars of professional consultants in Central European and Arab countries

- Training in both financial structures and rules as well as the psychological aspects of approaching potential clients. Training will be done either in situ in Moldova and attendance is mandatory.

With us, the candidate will gain knowledge of pension, investment and tax rules, benefits and exceptions, and how to apply this knowledge to international workers’ situation in Central European and Arab nations.
This unique financial information is passed on to the client in a professional, discreet and diplomatic way (almost always via the phone or email) in order to let the client understand why he/she needs to consult our company via a face to face meeting.

Working hours are from 9.00 till 17.30 (Central European Time)

15 days of allowed holidays a year + days off on the national holidays in respective country.
However, no holidays are available during the first 6 months of tenure.

Please be aware that this is not a call center position. Being successful at this job means obtaining real financial skills and understanding (will be taught by the company) and to learn how to pass on this information in the correct manner.
There is no “step-by-step” instruction leaflet to follow. Every client has individual needs and will be serviced by us accordingly.


THE LOCATION

Mofre Corp is likely to set up a physical office in the near future. The candidate is likely to be spending the majority of his/her working days at this office.

We accept applications from anywhere as long as it is understood that the job location is mainly based in Chisinau/Balti.

However, experienced coordinators will, over time, be given permission to work from home, abroad or wherever they wish to be - as long as numbers and working efficiency aren’t affected by this.


SKILLS AND ITEMS REQUIRED

- A laptop and a useful internet connection.
The candidate needs to be able to provide this for himself/herself. Internet connection has to be good enough to be able to make online phone calls.
Mofre Corp. will cover internet costs after 6 months of employment.

- A truly fluent English is a must.
Additional language skills are welcome but not a prerequisite.

- Perseverance.
Not all clients will respond positively to our approach. This is mainly due to lack of time or ignorance. The right candidate has to be able to stay friendly and positive even when he/she is faced with rejection.

- Patience.
The job can feel repetitive from time to time and some client arguments can be difficult to handle.

- Basic financial understanding.
Training will be provided. We are not looking for financial geniuses, however, a basic understanding of how economies and finances work in general is a benefit.

- Human empathy and social skills.
Strong social and communicative skills, going beyond financial knowledge, is a big plus for this role.

- Willpower.
If you are the kind of person that gives up easily this is not the job for you. It takes years of experience and training to excel in the area of financial consulting.
The golden rule is: the longer you work in the industry, the better you get and the higher income you will receive.

- Sense of Responsibility.
We advice people on how to deal with their financial future. What we do is important to many lives and futures and, thus, we have a moral responsibility to assure that we provide clients with correct information at all times

- Self-motivation and high levels of Discipline.
We provide a lot of freedom in the work function. We do not use surveillance our staff nor do we feel the need to tell adults that they should be working during working hours on a day to day level.
However, we do apply a basic Key Performance Indicator scale and we will hold everybody accountable to their numbers according to the industry standards that are expected in this role.


REMUNERATION

- The salary package comes with a descending base salary for the first five months of employment. After the initial time period our employees have built enough knowledge and client portfolio to generate a good income from their own productivity

- Main bulk of income is commission based and will provide the efficient coordinator with On Target Earnings of the equivalent of 800 to 2000 USD/month (average historical income value after 5 months of employment).

Earnings are generated and calculated based on last calendar month’s productivity
