English e-learning platform coordinator

The company:
A transport company of international standing in Europe and beyond. The company has branches in Netherlands, Poland and Moldova.

Responsibilities:
•Increasing the professional development of employees via E-learning
•Creating & maintaining the content of an E-learning course
•Follow up with drivers & office employees on their E-learning activities
•Introducing gamification into the E-learning course

Requirements:
•University degree (master level will be an asset)
•Fluency spoken and written English is a must
•Experience on working in/on an E-learning system will be an asset
•IT understanding, website content understanding
•Project management
•Able to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
