Devops/sre

You will be guided by the two simple words “automate everything”. We strongly believe in
automation and allowing systems to do the work for us. Your mission will be to maintain and
build our systems as infrastructure as code, and automate the full monitoring, upgrade, and
CI/CD of our infrastructure & systems. You will work in a very dedicated and inspiring team who
is tasked with building our NextGen infrastructure and moving us to a fully automated SaaS
platform in VPC with a lot of serverless and code infrastructure in place. Your daily tasks will
include designing the architecture of our infrastructure, building it to scale, ensuring the
maintenance in operational condition (MOC), minimizing time to impact, and optimizing costs.
You will execute yourself in accordance with the team and the lead. You will have plenty of
opportunities to build new things, but your main priority will be the stability of the run.

Essential Skills
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as code (via terraform, ansible, helm) and working in a group
- Hands-on Experience working with Kubernetes
- Good understanding of Java
- Experience with Python programming/scripting
- Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL, ElasticSearch
- Spark and Airflow Management (ops perspective)
- Excellent troubleshooting
- CI/CD tools like Jenkins and ArgoCD

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with major Cloud providers (IBM Cloud preferred - AWS is a plus)
- Experience with Multi-cloud deployments
- Golang programming experience
