Afflight - company that unites engineers creating technology products and building software companies across several industry verticals some of which are used by millions of individuals globally, is looking for a Data Entry Professional who will be an asset to the Team.

You will be in charge of:

1. Reviewing of daily data changes for accuracy and completeness
2. Web search and data migration
3. Administrative support by performing data entry duties
4. Maintaining of different kinds of documentation up-to-date
5. Develop, unify, and promote documentation best practices throughout the entire company
6. Close cooperation with our technical and non-technical specialists and accurate records management of their documentation
7. Help executive assistant to the CEO with researching/administrative tasks
8. Administrative tasks:
1. Attend team scrums/meetings on a regular basis (Mon, Wed, Fri 10 am MSK)
2. Provide regular daily, weekly, and milestone reporting


You are our best candidate if you have:

1. Proficiency in written English
2. Experience with creating technical documentation
3. Very strong knowledge of PC, Internet and extensive internet research experience
4. Understanding of databases
5. Experience in Agile development/teamwork
6. Ability to absorb, synthesize, categorize, and delegate a lot of information
7. Responsible working style and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to and work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
9. Ability to communicate clearly with individuals across all levels of the organization
10. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and methodically
11. Extreme attention to detail
12. Willingness to constantly learn new things, tools, improve your own productivity


Nice to have:

1. Basic technical background is preferable and will be an absolute advantage
2. Prior experience at growth stage Internet/ Software company
3. Basic experience with XML, HTML, CSS
