Customer Support Agent

About the Client:
One of our international clients is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join their team in Moldova. They specialize in e-commerce of cleaning solvent products across Europe.
Responsibilities:

Managing customer emails.
Ensuring orders are shipped and paid, and tracking packages.
Writing professional responses to customer inquiries.
Providing support in German, English, French, and Portuguese.

Requirements:

Proficiency in German, English, French, and Portuguese.
Excellent written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work full time from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
