This position fulfills the needs of the Course Design Team with many tasks associates. This position
supports the course design team and system configuration of the platform. The candidate will need strong
leadership skills and drive.

Must have:
● Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
● Keen analytical and research abilities
● Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services
● Quick learner;
● Software skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint skills are essential.
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills
● Fluent English is must
Responsibilities:
● Work closely with instructional designers and, when necessary, assist in project management and
quality assurance of digital content and courses.
● Write and copy edit content on course design processes and instructional practices.
● Assist in researching and vetting new digital tools
We offer:
● 4 weeks of paid time off per year including pay time off during office closure in the month of
December (Dates vary).
● 90 days paid maternity leave or 45 days paternity leave after 2 years of employment.
