Carrier Sales Representative (Sign Up Bonus of $1000)

We are IGTeam, a young and dynamic group of enthusiasts, providing dispatch and logistics services for the American transportation market right in the heart of Chisinau.
We are with IGT Logistics, an American freight brokerage, specializing in over-the-road trucking, as well as international shipping.

Available Sign-Up Bonus of $1000 for candidates with 1 year of experience in logistics.

We are currently hiring for a Carrier Sales Representatives position.

Responsibilities:

Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships;
Build strong relationships with trucking company key contacts (i.e., owner-operators, dispatchers and drivers);
Negotiate price, drive process and improve efficiency;
Maintain constant contact with carriers to secure additional truck capacity and manage existing business agreements;
Provide exceptional service to carriers and customers;
Ensure shipment details are accurately communicated and tracked in the system;
Communicate with internal customers & tracking teams to build trust and good relationships with our clients;
Resolve ad hoc logistics issues.

Salary Pay:

Starting Pay: $1000/month;
Great pay based on performance up to $5000 per month;
Base+Commission Pay.

Candidate requirements:

Advanced English level, both verbal and written;
Great communicational and negotiation skills;
Competitive with high energy;
Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills;
Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
Sales experience is preferred but not required;
Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations;
Availability to work evening shifts Mon-Fri 15:00-24:00.
