Assistant to real estate broker (Dubai) - remotely

Role description

In this role, you will be assisting a Dubai real estate broker in his day-to-day activity. You will be involved in full spectrum of tasks that a typical real estate broker would do including but not limited to communication with clients, listing management, updating CRM, preparation of deals and other activities that can be done remotely and do not require physical presence. No cold calling is needed. This role is commission based only.

Responsibilities:
1. Acquire new owners that are looking to rent or sell their properties
2. Take property information and update respective databases
3. Prepare and publish property listings
4. Daily follow-up with interested owners
5. Address the inquiries from property seekers
6. Organize property viewings
7. Daily follow-up with property seekers
8. Update CRM system respectively
9. Meet high standards of client service

Requirements:
1. English upper intermediate - mandatory
2. Strong written communication skills
3. Excellent computer skills, fast typing will be a plus
4. Stress-resistant and patient person with positive mindset
5. Willingness to learn and develop on a daily basis
6. Outstanding listening skills with high level of attention to details
7. Ability to multitask, work under pressure and remain focused
8. Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
