Business Plane Logistics an International company specialized in time critical shipments worldwide, with its headquarters based in Kishinev, it is looking for a motivated individual who is ready to put their problem solving skills to work.
Report to the CFO the accountant will support by processing, tracking and reporting key revenue data and financial information that is vital to our ongoing operations and success.
• The candidate will be involved in different responsibilities, work close with internal and external stake holders
• Respond to request for information from suppliers, customers, sales and marketing team
• Monthly and annual reports
• Communicate with customer’s to resolving A/R issue
• Maintain intercompany transaction, Billings and supporting the accounting department at large through impromptu reporting and special projects when requested
• Assist in processing payrolls
• Enter bills and credit card statements
• Pay bills in accordance with their terms
The right candidate:
• Bachelor degree
• English level (C1) at least
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Critical and analytical accounting skills
• High attention to details and follow standard procedure
• Ability to plan, prioritize and complete assignments within deadlines
• Experience with “QuickBooks” and ERP system will be a plus
We offer a full-time contract with attractive salary based on the experience
