Accounting person with experience! +1-2 YEARS
Need to know:
QuickBooks
ProTransport
MS Office, GoogleDrive/Spreadsheets
ACH; Zelle; Wire Transfers
Bilingual (Russian/English)
Responsabilities:
- Check the delivery bills for drivers
-collect all the paperwork after the delivery and bill the customer
-make invoices, upload data in the system; Accounting software
- collection of unpaid balances
-instruction of drivers regarding paperwork and bills.
